If you think you would like to sell windows for us, here are a few things to consider:
- You MUST love meeting and dealing fairly, reasonably and honestly with people.
That's the only way we deal with EVERYBODY. Yes Sir, No Sir, Please and Thank you go along way here.
- You MUST be service oriented.
The people you meet are going to be our customers (and eventually our friends). We are not doing them a favor; they are doing US a favor. They can deal with any number of other companies. Your actions, demeanor and character, not your words, will determine if they choose to deal with us or not. More than 40% of our business comes from referrals and we would like it to be much higher than that.
- Uou MUST NOT think you will get rich quick.
We are not about that. We plan on being here for a long time. That means we make our money the old fashion way.we earn it! This is like a pipeline, you put in on one end and it eventually comes out the other end.
- You MUST be ready to work as an installer or at least assist on some window installations.
How can you help a customer determine the best way to handle their window project (or if it is even possible) if you don't know how you would do the job yourself?
- You MUST like to have fun and know how to smile.
We really enjoy what we do. We are a family. No grinches, winers, complainers or primadonnas allowed.

If you don't care enough to come in and fill out an application then you don't want to work here badly enough.
- You MUST be willing to work as helper first.
We want to evaluate your performance and abilities. You must become certified to install our windows. You must have a clean record, driving and otherwise.
- You MUST like to have fun and know how to smile.
We really enjoy what we do. We are family. No grinches, winers, complainers or primadonnas allowed.
